Rodrigo Salazar is the founding editor of Urban Latino magazine and now specializes in digital marketing. His stepdad's screams at the television set while watching Boca Juniors piqued his interest in the sport (but like any good teenager, Rodrigo rebelled and is a River Plate diehard lol). When he started playing the FIFA video game series (xbox gamertag rodrigos718) and utilizing World Soccer magazine to research players, his love for the game was cemented.

A man who takes pleasure out of crunching numbers through his background in finance,

Elis Arrtunda is a devoted enthusiast of the art of "the beautiful game". His first encounter with the sport dates back to July 8, 1990. His uncle, a fervent German national team fan, took his beloved nephew to the local cafe to watch the 1990 World Cup Final. His efforts to covert his young nephew into a supporter of Die Mannschaft backfired, as a certain Diego Maradona captivated the kid's mind and heart for years to come.

Favorite Teams:
Inter Milan
Manchester City
Borussia Dortmund
Olympique Marseille
Boca Juniors
Club America

Stephanie Escala grew up in Queens, New York but practically lived on the 7 train. She grew up playing different sports on the playground during recess showing up the boys who played against her. From baseball, football, basketball and soccer, she never committed to playing a particular one. Until she went to high school and was asked to join the varsity soccer team and from there the rest is history.

Favorite teams:

Borussia Dortmund

Universidad Católica (my boyfriend is chilean)

Peruvian National Team (is in my blood unfortunately)

Born and Bred in Brooklyn, Erlis Velasquez grew up with the beautiful game all around him. Whether it was playing on the block with an Arizona bottle or Sunday League, there was always an opportunity to play. As captivated as he was by seeing Barca’s Tiki-Taka, or Steven Gerrard's slip he was equally captivated by the sideline photographers with the giant telephoto lenses. This spurred a love for both playing Mid-field and doing Photography.

Favorite Teams: FC Barcelona, Liverpool FC, FC Motagua, America CF, USMNT, Mexican National team, Honduran National team.
